High ping low FPS any fix?

Hi all. I want to make a performance guide because I feel like I've tuned my game quite well to the point where I can almost always maintain 100+ FPS, save for some edge cases that only happen on full player count.

My computer's setup is as follows:
Gigabyte B550M Aorus Elite motherboard
Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core processor
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPU
32.0 GB of 3200mHz RAM
Windows 10 Pro Build 19045


I have my own autoexec that is a mishmash of commands that give me a performance boost one way or another. If you'd like, you can use mine. Or you can look for others on the internet and...

It's not bad at all to be honest, using the performance guide sent above you should be good.

You could lower them except Model Detail/Quality (KEEP IT ON HIGH!!), even though Garry's Mod is a CPU intensive game

Go to F1 menu turn off headlights or make it lowest, same for fire and smoke particle doubles fps

My computer is only a little better than yours and I get like 30 FPS max at high pop. I suggest you get an upgrade if you want better FPS.

Hey bro, if ur on a gaming laptop make sure it's plugged in etc. Try going power management settings and use the prefer maximum performance. If you don't mind, you can also lower the resolution of Garry's Mod so it's a smaller window to improve FPS but ur RTX 2050 should be more than enough to run the game with a solid 60fps etc. If ur ping is bad, you can try using ethernet cable or improve wifi etc
