Hospital NPC's able to revive players...

Topic: The NPC's found at the hospital have the ability to revive people / new NPC at hospital to revive people.



Short explanation (in notes):
- An NPC at the hospital, found in one of the rooms, should have the ability to revive an unconcious player
- The body will have to be a certain distance from the NPC for the player to be revived
- Should be free to do, however could be abused by people having fist fights infront of the NPC then just being revived again. This could either be prevented by adding a fee to reviving someone, or just adding time limits between each revival.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
There are many occasions on the server where there are no medics, and if you are hit by a car you have no chance of survival. Adding this will mean that if you do happen to be hit by a car in the city, or punched to death at subs, someone can take you to that NPC to have you revived.



Optional additions:
- When it comes to being free, this could be abused by people having fist fights infront of the NPC then just being revived again. This could either be prevented by adding a fee to reviving someone, just adding time limits between each revival, or just taking the risk and hoping they are eventually reported by someone.

But if they are at the hospital, why not take the job as paramedic and then revive him, leave the job,and then get back to the usual stuff?

It happens frequently that someone dies (or goes unconscious, however you wish to put it), with no medic available, or even on. Adding an NPC to revive unconscious players would be a nice idea, if you ask me. After all, it is a hospital, they would obviously have the same equipment and skills as regular paramedics, so there's no reason they shouldn't. An idea could be to do it in the room with the beds, and after being revived, the player could 'wake up' in one of the beds (Yeah, casually spawn on top of it, but hey, it's the thought that counts)
Perhaps also add an option to remove bodies, if someone is not able to be revived? Like, when trying to ask a medic to help the unconscious guy, they'd say "Sorry, there is nothing we can do. We'll take care of it from here" or something along the lines.

Anyway, I support this.
