Suggestion Title: Hotkey for Emergency Calls
Suggestion Description: A hotkey for automatically assigning yourself to an ermergency call. F.e. by pressing F2 or whatever button you would assign yourself to the callout displayed on your top left corner.
As of right now the callout function is only used by FD and Dispatchers. Rarely does the PD use this feature as it takes a few seconds of going into the CAD to assign yourself.

Why should this be added?:
+ Adding this could benefit Callout Coordination. (Especially for FD and Paramedics, to see if any other Person is responding to a Life Alert / Fire)
+ By having people assign themselfs to callouts, the Incident radio would get used more often and keep general radio traffic free.
+ General Quality of Life improvement
What negatives could this have?:
- I can't think of one. Maybe coding it is hard?
