Do you use the speed limiter to maintain speed or do you just spam W to stay close enough or both?

Speed limiter is very finicky, usually limiting speed down by 5 kmh instantly makes the brakes make that loud annoying noise.
Also most people don't limit their speed, they drive Mclarens and couldn't care less about speed limits or stop signs because they love speedrunning the map
