I understand how disappointing it can feel to be denied, it's clear you're pouring your heart into the PLPD and I think I speak for everyone when I say thank you for that.
Nobody wants to see you fail or deny you. We have a team of very accommodating people in the academy that want to help you succeed. If at any point you need advice or pointers you can contact one of them via teamspeak, steam or forum PM. I'm sure they'd be happy to help you out. The PLPD is built on teamwork and working towards a common goal, and we don't want to see anyone excluded from that.
I'll happily help you if you need, whilst I'm not academy I can set some time aside to patrol with you, or even just sit back and observe you and give you some pointers. I'm sure many other sergeants will also.
The one thing I have to stress to you over anything else, which you seem to lack, is confidence. Confidence is probably the most important thing you need as an officer. Having the ability to recite law numbers is great and all but having the confidence in your actions and being able to stand by them is not only part of the code of ethics but also critical in everyday policing. If you have confidence in yourself (which you should, there's no reason why you shouldn't,) you'll do just fine in your next stage 3.
I hope to see you as a police officer soon,
Regards
