Brief description of idea: The 'Time of Incident' box that you complete when doing an IA complaint should be in GMT or UTC+0, not BST.
What benefits would this idea have for the department:
GMT+0 or UTC is a universal time that anyone can interpret, and will not change.
BST is lesser known and is only applicable to the British Isles (and probably like france) and during a specific time of year, meaning that many people are likely to misinterpret this and give an incorrect time stamp, or more commonly, just give the wrong time during the winter/spring months.
What potential negatives could this have for the department:
None
