Implement CPR System

Description of the idea: Make it possible for everyone, to be possible to perform CPR. Basically giving people 30-60 seconds maybe even 90 seconds to perform CPR on a dead person or so. Sometimes there is not medics, and this would be possible for officers, and civilians and others who isn't paramedics, to revive people.

This would be just like irl, SOMETIMES there's a chance of reviving people, and sometimes it's NOT helping, but it would create some more RP and better so people don't always have to wait 5 minutes when there are no medics on duty, and would also only be available when people is in red screen ofc. Could make the chances of getting someone revived for it 25-30% and they would still need medical assistance, to make sure their okay like Irl. Or make them stunned for a few minutes after being revived.

Why should this be added? (pros): It would create some more RP, people wouldn't ALWAYS have to wait 5 minutes to respawn with no medics. It would be possible for everyone, to have a chance to revive someone.

What negatives could this have? (cons): People would revive someone mid shootout, like combat reviving from medics etc.

*Other additions: Not really anything other than it could be useful.

Well as told, it could be considered 3.4 by cpr in an active shootout, or combat reviving rule.

This would be nice, especially for the police when there's no medics online. If there's a medic online it should keep them red screened for longer, if there's no medic then it should revive them with a low chance of success. It should be against the rules to use it in shootouts (combat reviving) and disabled during shootouts if possible.

I like these odds very much, much higher than the survival-discharge rate

@Jack P smh its important to know the guidance is Adult sudden collapse - compressions no rescue breaths Baby, Child, or Drowning - Rescue breaths (5 for child and baby 2 for adult) 30 compressions 2 breaths and so on SMH the chance someone is going to come back from just CPR is next to none

In some cases, cant CPR just increase the process of bleeding out though?

Yes, if there are any external bleeds you'd treat those first, mostly done by quickly applying pressure with a bandage and cutting blood flow where your limbs "bend". With CPR you might also break some bones but the goal here is to keep the person alive and avoid brain death that'd occur within 3 minutes or so.

CPR should extend the time an unconscious person has to be revived by a medic. It shouldn't outright revive people.

But then people won't go as medic so there is no point, people would just cpr their friends and move on. I would like to see it in-game but it would be abused and literally the medic job would be a ghost town

I like the idea of being able to stabilise people for a limited amount of time with a small chance of reviving them, but if this is implemented then 3.4 should be edited to specify you cannot perform CPR while your life is at risk or something along those lines.

A medic revives a person instantly. Jack suggested cpr to be arround 60 seconds. The chance a player has blackscreen by then is large. That’s why a medic would still be the best option
