Server Suggestion Improving Organisation XP

Description of the idea:

1. Have a tab on the organisation XP page that kind of has a "log" for the XP. Shows you who and why you have gained or lost XP recently.
2. Make lockpicking or crowbaring org or ally owned doors lose XP
3. Have a hud (like the new player one) on doors owned by Org or allies.

Why should this be added? (pros):

1. This way, org leaders can see why they are losing XP and can kick the offending member or on the flip side, promote someone who is earning them a lot of XP.
2. Makes sense that you should not be raiding org or allies.
3. Helpful to know who is an ally or in your org before you break down their door

What negatives could this have? (cons):

1. None really
2. You could do this without knowing but point 3 should resolve this
3. Kind of meta? but realistically you would know where your friends live so
