Server Suggestion Increase test drive for cars

Description of the idea: Increase test drive for cars to 5 - 7 minutes and increase the cooldown to test drive another car afterwards to prevent misuse.

Why should this be added? (pros): - When you test drive a car, you worry more about returning in 2 minutes than actually being able to test out all of it's features, 2 minutes is too short.

What negatives could this have? (cons): - None

It would be interesting to see the timer stop if there is an active traffic stop incident on the car too, thought I would throw the idea out there for whoever looks at this suggestion. It might not be easily accomplishable though depends on how the police computer is coded.

it should be increased the timer pretty much allows you to go up the city bridge turn around and come back without living on the edge of loosing your cash
