Insta respawn bug

Type of bug: Lua

Description of the bug: Instantly respawned with no NLR timer.

How to reproduce the bug: Really not sure about this one. I just shot with a taurus 605, died and respawned instantly.

I've had this happen to me twice now.

AFAIK it happens when you're equipping items, @TinySlayer said he fixed this, apparently not

Not just items, i shot a cop, he instantly respawned. He died again and then instantly respawned at the PD.

Yeah its happening a lot more frequently at the moment. I died in a raid not equipping anything, just holding out a gun and insta respawned

instant respawns happen like 80% of the time now, it's extremely frequent when you get shot.

i had it while placing C2. Seems like its whenever youre in an animation

I preferred it back when the bug was just a situation of rare circumstance rather than being a pot luck deal like holy shit this is broken.
