Instant blackscreen when shot in the head with a shotgun

Main idea:
Title self explanatory.

Description:
Currently getting headshotted with a shotgun will have an unconciousness time that basically means you'll be revivable for at least 3 minutes after falling to the headshot. We've all seen the video of that guy blowing his own head off with a sako shotgun, a point blank shotgun blast, or even a shotgun blast at 10 yards would render your head completely out of service.

Also, from a combat perspective, shotguns are quite low in capacity, and slow to reload, so putting an extra shot into someone who's down to finish them could be life or death, especially with the remington and double barrel which have low capacity as is.
Pros:
- No more getting ticketed, arrested and sent to prison without a head.
- Makes perfect sense.

Cons:
- Cops will get murder charges if they accidentally shoot the wrong person with the remington. (not really a con tho)​

shouldn't this be the case with pretty much all guns if this were accepted?

With all guns except the PPK, the unconcious to death time is relatively low. For 9mm pistols and SMGS its like 2 mins 30 seconds, for rifles its like 1 minute, for snipers / battle rifles its 30 seconds, but for some reason, with shotguns it seems to be the longest.

In fact, I think even the PPK and Makarovs are relatively quick with headshot kills.
