Suggestion Title: Interim SGT
Suggestion Description: When Ex-SGTs who are CPL or less with a good record are on duty while no supervisors are on duty, they are temporarily granted the powers to Warrant individuals for murder DNA (or other warrant-able reasonable reasons) and are granted the DNA tool until a supervisor is on duty.
Additionally, This same Interim status may be granted to Staff who are on duty while holding the rank of CPL or less if the Command team and Admin team feel that this is a good idea too because obviously Staff members are trusted with far greater powers than setting warrants or having a DNA tool on cop.
Why should this be added?:
- Good record + Ex-Supervisor is enough reason to trust the power won't be abused
- Big help when low population (American hours)
- Let's police do their job better without having to rely solely on the availability of TFU and active supervisors
- Helps police be more active to combat the rampages of criminal gangs that are un-raid-able during low hours
- Does not take away from the responsibilities or enjoyability of being Supervisor or TFU as this is only a circumstance met by their absence.
- Police may be more active now during less populated hours due to this help
What negatives could this have?:
- Depending on the current state of how active TFU / Supervisors are during these hours, I assume this won't ALWAYS be useful every day.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Personally, I see that this is a way for people like myself who are Ex-SGT to be able to be a big help to helpless newer officers or low rank officers that are stuck facing off against criminals at low population hours with no TFU or SGT to sign a Warrant to raid their bases or tag their cars as warranted.
