Is talking about a shootout and how docks is being shot up rlly bad in ooc considered meta gaming?

i got a 1 day blacklist from ooc and probably all chats for all ik i havent checked yet but is talking about a shootout which police alr knew ab meta gaming like it didnt even cross my mind so i ignored what the admin said when he warned me ig but like i didnt even think that could be called meta gaming

you cant openly air out whats going on in OOC chat i watched him warn you, then blacklist you when you wouldnt listen, when hes saying stop metagaming in OOC hes refering to you all he dont need to say you individually
