Jefferson Street Pedestrian Zone

yesterday i set up a pedestrian zone, and allowed the sale of weapons to encourage people to set up a shop/stall. Additionally i bought the office so everyone could have storage nearby and also able to set down workbenches for crafting. It was fun so hopefully more people will set up again the next time its set up!
