Why Should This Player Be Punished: Broke 3.4 by running away when I had them under "Katana point"

This happened when there were multiple police officers in bazaar and I had both doors to my shop locked and opened because I was building, seeing u run in with the katana I looked out the front door as I had full stamina I was going to run to the police outside but I saw your friend running in with a gun in his hand so my instant instinct was to opt for the back door instead, then running round successfully I alerted the police and they were both dealt with. Correct me if im wrong but I believe I had a high chance of escape due to you not actually being right next to me with ur weapon and all the other factors mentioned.
