Jittering vendor menus - items keep swapping places

Prior to the update I only had this issue when trying to use the DIGIPEEPS vendor, but after the recent update it now additionally affects the hammer plus vendor.

(If it's relevant I am playing gmod at 2560x1600 resolution, which matches my monitor resolution.)
