Main Idea: When a player is revived or a body removed, all medics on duty receive a reward as opposed to just the one who performed the action
Full description of the idea: When a person performs an act that rewards them with money as medic job, instead of applying bonuses solely to that one person it is a job wide bonus.
Why should it be added?:
Basically, if you've ever played medic you'd know the annoyance of having another medic run over and revive someone you've spent 30 seconds trying to revive and taking the monetary reward. As minute as it is, it builds up over time and results in quite a bit of lost money.
It's annoying, it creates contest and ruins the teamwork needed to deal with certain medic situations.
Police have this, when somebody confiscates a gun all cops get a bonus, why not for medics?
Pros:
More cooperation and teamwork in the medic job
Medic is usually a very low slot job so not a lot of extra money put into the economy
Will make medic more attractive as a job
Cons:
AFK medics
Perhaps makes the medic job a little too easy to make money but I', sure numbers can be tweaks
*Other additions: While we're on the subject of medic payment reform, how about a reward for fixing broken legs and saving people who are bleeding?
