@Jun1to pleasantly surprised me. I had the pleasure of having him as my partner when patroling as a police officer. He was fun, smarter than your average regular officer, and just stood out from the crowd.

I recommend him for this, and I think he should have a fair chance if he were to sign up for Senior Officer. Thanks
