Suggestion Title: Kick function from Training Sessions
Suggestion Description: Allow Training session hosts to kick users from a Training Session when waiting for it to commence in the PD lobby. Now that the Training NPC is in the PD Lobby which has a high population density, the likelihood of people who aren't meant to attend just clicking join on the NPC is much higher, allowing Training Hosts to kick these people would be very useful as not all of us are staff and can't just respawn the person.

Why should this be added?:
- Stops random people from being annoying before sessions
- Reduces dependence on staff being able to attend sessions due to limitations within the Training system

What negatives could this have?:
- Possible abuse, but this would easily be dealt with internally within the PD with those abusing the function swiftly receiving disciplinary action.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Random people joining Training Sessions, I got on to test that everything was swell with the RTU Training this morning and within 30 seconds of opening the training queue and waiting on Megasaw some random dude joined.

EDIT: While queuing at the Lidl self-serve it occurred to me that there should probably be a 5 minute period after someone is kicked where they can't rejoin the session to ensure that minges can't just spam join and need to be kicked each time.

Absolutely!

Now that the NPC is located at the front desk of the PD, a lot of random players can join and interfere with the session. Fortunately, we do have staff members in both command teams who can kick them from the server. However, if those command members aren’t online, it can significantly delay the start of the session.
