Lag spike issues

Icekiller is forum banned and wanted me to post this for him

I've been getting a lot of lag spikes like this one https://gyazo.com/e8ee17d9107ed47f6182435bf4f7ca24 lately, its annoying as fuck and i cant do anything about it, i closed google and other programs but i still get lag spikes
