Just a question for my fellow laptop users


I’m using my laptop screen (no monitor) it’s 144hz & HD but when I’m on PERP the game looks so much worse than how it did on my PC

best way to describe it is zoomed out.

I know it’s really vague…

Does anyone have any tips for making Gmod look the best on a laptop or is it just karma for ‘downgrading’

Crank down the FOV, make your screen as bright as the settings allow, and possibly raise AA so distant map features are more smooth. Had this issue on a 144hz 17", smaller screen will be more painful sadly

Make sure you have your refresh rate set to 144 and if possible when at home, to use a regular monitor if you feel the screen is too small for you.
