Is this a new law or a change to a current law:
New Law
What law do you wish to add:
Why should this change/addition be made: Right now you have to cooperate with the bye answering the questions they ask you. If you fail to do they can charge you with 6.5.
In real life, we also have this law. You also see often in movies that officers tell you your rights which include the right to remain silent.
You should not have to be forced by law to cooperate with your own conviction. Just as it is in real life.
What is the aim of this change/addition:
We will have less situation in which you are forced to lie against a police officer if you do not want to cooperate with your own conviction. And you can also not be charged with 6.5 by doing so.
Additional Information:
You could just like in real life write a policy stating officers have to tell you about this law when detaining you. But of course, this is not necessary at all.
That's more @Jordan his expertise.
What do you guy think about this law?
New Law
What law do you wish to add:
2.3 Right to remain silent
Any person detained/interdigitated by the police does not have to cooperate with his own conviction. In the form of providing information to law enforcement.
Why should this change/addition be made: Right now you have to cooperate with the bye answering the questions they ask you. If you fail to do they can charge you with 6.5.
This leaves you with 2 options or you tell the officer their entire true story, or you start providing falls information. What could bring you even further into trouble because you will be breaking because you will be breaking 6.1 Provision of False information." 6.5 Cooperation with the Orders of Law Enforcement Personnel
