Adding something along the lines of this workshop addon that acts as an LED Sign.

It should be edited by its owner or anyone with prop access by opening a menu by pressing E on it.

The E menu should have:
- A colour picker
- A text box to enter the text
- Movement of the text, such as how fast it goes left or right, Or if there is space to do so, keep the text stationary.

The crafting requirement should be relatively expensive and high skill. This gives developed players something to sell often.

Why should this be added?:
- Allows people to have signs
- Decorative
- Realistic
- More items for people to sell

What negatives could this have?:
- Modelling work
- Sign additions would need to be logged in case someone does a little trolling and puts slurs or 1.1 in the text screen.

Ah yes like santos had years and years ago. This image is from october 13th 2016. It has been 5 years since then and we havent even gotten close to getting something like this (We still need to go to bank to edit shop signs!). I think we need to step up our game and get something like this. The led one im not so sure but the chalk board would be a great addition.
