Major drop in FPS when looking at the Police SUV

Ever since the new Cadillac for the police was added, my FPS drops by around 10 every time I look at it, making it extremely difficult to play when near it during police sits etc.

I was hoping I could get some suggestions on ways to fix it, or see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue.
