Suggestion Title: Make alarms less annoying
Suggestion Description: The alarms in perpheads are insanely annoying and loud dont get me wrong that is good in the way off knowing exampel your car getting stolen. But it gets too the point of allmost everyone atleast people who know uses stopsound to get rid of it. doing your chop chop without typing stopsound in console gives me the biggest headace. ofc im not asking for it to be removed just make it a little less annoying!

Why should this be added?:
- Stopping the need of "stopsound"
-My ears can rest easy

What negatives could this have?:
- People know having a little harder time of noticing the alarm

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The abouse and need of "Stopsound"

Yes at least add a slider to let us turn it down, its so insanely loud and overwhelming that I have to do stop sound or I internally explode.
And if I do stop sound I have no idea when the alarm ends or if it ended already ect.
I really do think something needs to be done regarding the alarms
