Suggestion Title: Make keys and storage separate in buddy menu
Suggestion Description: At the moment,keys & storage are combined in f4 menu which sometimes is annoying. For example at bazar someone asked me for storage and then found out i live in projex 4 and keyraided me bcz i gave him storage at bazar,which is annoying.

Why should this be added?:
- QoL

What negatives could this have?:
- more buttons
- would be weird having storage but not keys to property

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People keyraiding when you gave them storage at bazar

If you gave him storage access its your responsibility to make sure after he grabbing his shit from the storage to remove him from buddies

I agree with this one. I do not see how (other than dev time, of course) giving people more choices regarding permissions would be a bad thing. Also, it just makes sense. Just because I'm OK with letting you use my chest to store something you purchased it doesn't mean I want you to have the keys to every single property I own.

If i remember correctly, this was already a thing ages ago but was merged into the same checkbox at some point.
