Server Suggestion Maps app locations

Suggestion Title: Maps app locations
Suggestion Description: Add a search - dropdown list to the 'Maps' phone app with a list of all zoned locations. Selecting a location then pressing 'Navigate' will display a red dot on that location on your phone if visible, otherwise will display an arrow pointing in the direction of that location.

Why should this be added?:
- Significantly improves the early-game experience for new and semi-new players, and even experienced players when looking for obscure roads and locations.
- Encourages new players to explore the map by themselves and take it at their own pace without being forced into the help chat for help with guidance - which often is not particularly useful other than describing other unknown landmarks nearby.
- Would help newer emergency and city services find locations easier, increasing efficiency in the city and reducing issues caused by a new paramedic/firefighter/roadcrew's lack of map knowledge.
- Helps to reduce the often bewildering and confusing experience of completely new players having no bearings by giving landmarks to refer to.

What negatives could this have?:
- None as far as I can tell. The development base already exists in the form of the Dispatch Map, this would just need retrofitting to search for locations.

There's also the gps menu you can show via console so i don't see why this is a bad idea. Helps with reducing couriers getting lost.

I need to clarify a few things here as my suggestion appears to have been misunderstood: the 'showgps' command does the same thing as the 'Maps' app on your phone, just as a popup window rather than within the phone frame.

This suggestion is not to add something analogous to the showgps command or Maps app, but instead to add the ability to type in a location on the map (such as the City Hall, Slums Apartments, Police Department, etc.) and have an arrow and circle that points to that location within the Maps app of your phone.
