[Snafu]

Dealt with, he didn't shoot his gun and I've asked him, not as an admin but pretending to be a normal player if he'd shoot the guy if he would've had ammo in his gun. He responded with a no and said that he ran away with a gun to seek cover and protect himself in case the guy would've come after him. He has three bans on his record and I told him that the next slightest report I will get about him will end in a two day ban. He agreed to it, if he gets banned then most likely the fifth one is going to be a permament one.
