Topic: Medic first Responder
Short explanation (in notes):
- It would not be able to use the defibrillators near it so it can only be used to respond to people bleeding or in need of healing.
- It would be small and easy to drive around.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I think it would make the medic job a bit more fun because instead of just sitting around in the hospital you could drive around and do something. It would also make the server a bit more realistic because in real life (or in the United Kingdom at least I don't know about USA) they do have these first responder things.
