Main Idea: to add a military base in paralakeV5

Full description of the idea: add military to perp. They will have higher ups to take control of situations. Theres going to be a special panicbutton from the mayor or police so military can respond to the situation. Police (high rank) or mayor/dispatcher are the only one who can call them up. They are going to drive apc's or just armored vehicles while responding to things. They will get a rifle. Also if the police can't handle a situation the army is going to take it over.

Why should it be added?: perp is really boring at the moment and I believe this will add rp and more players.

Pros: more roleplay, new legal job. More fun on the server. This plpd can't really handle situations if it comes to shooting, so the military could be used a lot.

Cons: i don't know

Why would this actually be a good idea? Surely if they were a genuine problem they could just buff TFU, but they're not a problem, the citizen/police strength is quite balanced at the moment imo
