Missing textures/Pink Reflection

hello i am making this threat as i have few problems with the content as i have missing textures and pink reflection i have tried everything to fix it and i have no idea how to fix it even admins tried to help me but failed. they gave me forum threats so i can see if that helps but it did not. any ideas? here are the evidence:

material models/props/skybox_regal/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

No such variable "$phongfix" for material "models/weapons/v_models/m4/accyuv"

material models/props/regal_staircase/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

material models/props/regal_balcony/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

material models/props/subs_balcony_fence/fence_03 has a normal map and an envmapmask. Must use $normalmapalphaenvmapmask.

mat_specular 0 in console will fix everything, just don't do it while playing on the server, do it in the main menu.
