Short explanation (in notes):
- Add more slots instead of just 60 since this is a very popular server
- Decrease the prop limit because of the amount of people coming in

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
For hours now I have been frantically clicking refresh and waiting for that 59/60 to appear. This would solve that problem and mabye get even more members! Just a few 10 or 20 more slots could really get the server going. There are about 1000 (not exaggerating) people who know about perp and only 60 are allowed to play at a time.

Adding more slots is not a possibility. The server is already under a lot of pressure with 60 players, even starting around 50 players.
It will also heavily decrease the amount of FPS players get. In a populated area, with 60 players on the server, I average around 5 FPS. I don't want to go below that, because it already has a massive effect.

As far as I know, source engine can only allow 60 and less players, and FPS would drop too
