Suggestion Title: Move the Police Training Grounds onto the other server.
Suggestion Description: Move the PLPD training grounds onto the other server

Why should this be added?:
- It hardly gets used and causes lag
- More FPS around Office
- Better Performance

What negatives could this have?:
- Having the annoyance of joining the other server.

I don't know how it would affect your FPS around the office, considering it is wayyyy over by stonehenge and far underneath the map.

But yes, PLEASE, not only could it MAYBE offer better performance (which I don't think it really would) but it is seriously impractical for things like RTU training to have that weird little road where you need to set up a speed trap, its just awful. For TFU I'm sure its great because of the different properties that you can practice breaching, but it really does suck for other kinds of training.
