Why do you want your item(s) refunded:
An officer decided to pick up evidence which was involved in a crime without a supervisor's permission. I was a witness to a crime and I was following the LEO so I could confirm the charges. The handcuffed suspect's friend came and shot the LEO. I felt so threatened that I shot him in the attempt to pacify the armed man. I then performed a citizen arrest on the handcuffed man. I was then shot by the Lieutenant (PLPD) but later revived by a medic. However, my firearms had been confiscated.

If possible I'd like the officer to receive a warning despite this is a refund request.
