Names Next to Government Radio

I suggest that there should be names somewhere when someone talks in government radio, so if someone decides to spam it, or someone needs to know someone else's name, that it says their RP name.

I like this idea. It saves officers having to go "This is Officer...Phillips" or in real life as they obviously have tags on them, numbers I believe; by having the players name when they use a radio would help for multiple reasons.

Yeah, yesterday i was chief and one guy was spaming the radio and i didnt knowed who he was
