STEAM NAME: Nazeer

ROLEPLAY NAME: Nazeer Cracker

STEAM ID: STEAM_0:1:200655804

AGE: 16

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER?: I have been apart of this community for about 2 years now but this year I have been most active in. I have been active almost every day doing all types of things and experiencing everything including criminal, medic, police. Lately, I have been progressing in PLPD and ranked up to Corporal. I only recieved 1 ban from my journy which was about 9 months ago and I have been trying to help everyone from that point on and trying my best to both study the rules and follow them. I have also seen multiple situations where people break the rules and get punished for it. So I thought to myself why not apply for enforcer and actually help enforcing the rules on the members of the community who constantly keep breaking them.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY?: Nope

Requirements:

In order for your application to be considered, you must meet the following four requirements:

  • Your time played on the server must be at least one week. 1 Month
  • No recent in-game bans, warnings or blacklists on record, this includes both the forums and the server. (1 month) Yes
  • You must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the server rules and laws to the extent where you can enforce them. Yes
  • You must have access to and use a microphone. Yes
  • You must maintain an active presence on the Discord Server. I have been trying recently to be as active as possible on discord, yet I am still trying my best.

Nazeer is a very active member in the community who tends to help out in any way, shape or form that he can. He's unfortunately starting to become a dirty cop main (shame on you!) but he's still active as a civilian where he joins in on raids/bank raids or basing. From what I can tell, he makes F6 reports on a daily basis whenever he catches a rulebreaker, and he plays a lot so in my opinion, he's definitely fit for the role!
Best of luck mate!

I think that Nazeer would be a great choice for enforcer. He is very active within the community itself, with good rapport between other community members as he often plays between cop and civilian. Whenever people have needed help, I've witnessed him trying to provide them with the help needed in-game and OOC as well as trying to deter people from unknowingly breaking the rules. He has an easy-going and approachable personality, which is always helpful in a moderation position.

Hasn't mentioned previous moderation experience, perhaps new to this, but he is very receptive to feedback and communication so I can't imagine that being a problem beyond some training.

+1 nazzer would be a great addition to the team, he has shown how helpful he is in the discord answering questions and helping out new players, now i would love to see this guy help out the server by getting rid of dirty rule breakers.

Nazeer has consistently demonstrated their knowledge on the rules whether it be on the forums, discord help and support channel and in-game through reports and help chat; he is an excellent candidate and I truly do believe he'd do well in the role.

we just mass supporting anyone these days

whether it be on the forums
i don't see this to be possible with 18 messages in 1 year and not a single AR made or any contributions to rule discussions which demonstrate strong knowledge, we're just saying things for the sake of saying them

my only interaction with you which was of note to an enforcer candidacy was an incident where i mugged you in a spot which was perfectly allowed, to which you responded by reporting me and displaying a very poor attitude in looc and in-character whilst simultaneously breaking character

past this you have never indicate even a slight modicum of potential for an administrative position and your lack of activity on the forums does nothing to help this

That was on March 23rd exactly, I don't really know how you still remember that anyways. This was my first time I have met you. First of all I didn't talk in that situation I was just chilling, all I said was either "Ok" or "Alright". I do remember also that the spot you mugged me in isn't allowed still up to now, yet I didn't break character and tell you anything about that its not allowed. I just continued on following your orders till you left. The mugging happened behind the parker building gates, which on the mugging map isn't identified as a green zone its just blank which means its a public area. Feel free to PM me on forums or discord to show you a short clip of it or a screenshot of the spot you mugged me in exactly. Thanks for bringing this to attention though!

it says nowhere that blank zones are no-go zones, so they have to be considered as potentials with all precautions taken

there was nobody even close, we had a lookout at the top of the road, you were behind the building and just in front of the gate (a green zone) so all common sense would indicate that it is very clearly a muggable zone, especially due to us owning parker & scrappy at the time

i remember being delayed by complaints + your response being very different but shrug, must be losing it

idk even your responses now show a lack of critical thinking in your approach to the rules so i'm not seeing this exemplary knowledge that is claimed by so many

good luck regardless, you could improve for the future but right now with what i've been shown i don't think you're a good candidate

Sorle hit it spot on, why everyone mass supporting someone who just barely became even half known in the community. Swear yall are some yes men. Give some constructive feedback instead of just smacking down some weak ass +support he's a great guy.

In my opinion I don't think you would be a good candidate for a staff as you don't really have the experience as others do or especially the capability of being unbiased. Like sorle said you don't really have any activity on forums, which is kinda a red flag especially when we are talking about a staff position. I think you'd be a good helper tho.
