Suggestion Title: New animation for hitchhikers
Suggestion Description: an animation for hitchhikers
Add it to the Q animation menu when you choose the animation it will hold the animation and to unhold the animation you should choose it again in the Q menu
Why should this be added?:
I think this should be added because people like me who don't have enough money to pay the taxi or their minicooper always impounded after shootout will be able to show their finger at the roads to hopefully get a pickup
What negatives could this have?:
people may kidnap civilians
