Looking to buy a new gaming PC with a budget of around £1,000. Needs to have a good graphics card and a processor, etc, for heavy gaming.

need more than that:

- Do you want alot of storage? ssd or hdd? or both?
- Which parts do you want to spend more money on?
- Does it matter if you want to overclock cpu?
- Will you be performing other tasks than "heavy gaming"
- Do you want a future proof build or plan to upgrade along the way?

Close this thread.

I'll order one from PC world because this is too complicated.

Dont buy prebuilt unless you know what you're doing and clearly you dont. let me make it a bit more easy

- Do you want alot of storage? ssd or hdd? or both?
- Do you want to spend your money more on your video card or general sytem. think of case and things like that.
- Do you want to make your processor faster than it is by factory default
- Will you do video editing, photo editing or other work besides gaming
- Do you want to ensure you dont need to upgrade in the next 3-4 years?

generic build, you've got an extra 100$ you can use to further customize to your liking,
didnt check for compatibilty so check again to be extra sure.

I know this sounds weird but go and watch some youtube videos and actually get an understanding on computer parts once you know you can build one for yourself etc.

Lmao when I was building my pc I just watched a YouTube video and took it step by step. It's a really fun process if you try doing it. @Youseff has got you all setup with that list.

You'll regret buying pre built as you're also wasting money, but at the end of the day its your money.

and pay like £400 more than you should

don't do that. Order the parts you want and ask a company or someone you know to build it for you and you'll save a lot more money
