Short explanation (in notes):
- New Interior & Exterior for the SWAT Van

Detailed description (why should it become added/...): The Inside of the SWAT Van looks like a giant got two bricks and slammed them together to make the Van. To me It looks outdated and something that belongs in DarkRP or Older version of perp. And besides, have you ever noticed that the SWAT Van AND the Ambulance share the same Interior and Exterior Design/Model?!

Not again. We had million suggestions of new SWAT Vans and our Devs currently have more important things to do than creating a better looking MRAP. I mean it works perfectly fine and only because it looks "bad" doesn't inquire that we should make a new model.
