Main Idea: Officers are unable to cuff suspects with their fists out in attack stance
Why should it be added?: They have a voice, taser and baton for a reason. It's not realistic at all. People will say "well the cop could tackle you" even with that there's the risk you'll dodge it or knock him out in 1 punch when on the server there is no way to resist it.
You wouldn't cuff someone standing like this:
Pros:
-Fist fights are more realistic
Cons:
-People will abuse by pulling fists out so they can't be cuffed.
-People being KO'D because they refuse to not pull out fists. (Increasing the delay from being tased or battoned could solve both these)
