What was prisoner in for? Also I.M.O he didn't break any rules in regards to public setting as his car was right there and he could make a quick get away.

But what was his jail time and was it stated?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this come under 2.5 as well, considering that you followed everything he asked to the letter.

Well, it's pretty obvious that Nipple/Simon Emil did indeed break 2.1, 3.4 and even 2.5
2.1 = Pulling out a gun with several government officials (nobody would do that)
3.4 = Gunpointing an officer to let a friend escape for 'minor' offenses (max 4 year imprisonment, in my opinion)
2.5 = Killed the officer despite him co-operating with every order.

Nipple will receive a 7 day ban for the following reasons

• 2.1 - Pulling out a gun with several government officials and other players around in a busy bazaar market.
• 3.4 - Gunpointing an officer to let a friend escape for 'minor' offenses.
• 2.5 - Killed the officer despite him co-operating with every order.

As Nipple already has similar warnings on record for killing officers over tickets etc, his ban has been made 7 day instead of a 3-5 day ban.
