I like the concept of this all except the "enemy" part. It should be down to the organisations to perform surveillance and deduce who and who isn't in an enemy organization in order to strike. Otherwise it just becomes a TDM which isn't really fitting in PERP.

Exactly, orgs will have true rivalry in business and would try to increase their influence, each org would dominate an industry and then rivalries would rise, "oh look it's the film industry org" "the banana org who rigged elections in Panama" etc etc. And things would be balanced this way, after all they based many mobile apps running in this concept and are still running today, people enjoy them.

25-35 is loads, perp sometimes hardly gets 40 players online. I'd say having 10 to start with and max level giving you 20

But with this system it prevents innocent people who are just basing or hanging with the organization in question from being fucking slaughtered if a rival pulls up and shoots shit up. If you think TDM isn't really fitting PERP you must be playing with your eyes closed zzz

In other words, it simply shows who is involved in the war and who isn't

I can personally agree with everything you said, but the part with the gun crafting.
Extreme crafting speeds + less materials will result in prices dropping massively. Orgs will be overpowered if something doesn't balance it.

Another thing that could be introduced is smuggling. Like smuggling weapons in and out of the city and drugs. Would be another way that could introduce some sort of criminal RP.

Killing org members or cops shouldn't be the main source of XP for organisations, otherwise it will turn into a literal RDM fest and thus yet another meaningless update that just adds no roleplay what so ever. Sure killing people is fun but people will just get burnt out super fast after dying a lot.

Reward organisations for selling items at bazaar, selling drugs, not getting their org members arrested, stealing enemy org cars, this type of stuff will encourage more serious roleplay and not some rdm between two orgs because they are at war.

Current limit is 15, and you want to drop it even further for a base level? Nah sorry, dont like the idea of that tbh. But yeah 25-30 may be too much.

@Aquaa but why do we need 10-15? That's too much and people will complain about large orgs, and if we are going to give perks to orgs this would only increase their strength, if an org has a problem with numbers it could form an alliance, lower numbers mean more orgs which inturn makes things more dynamic, more wars and alliance, more events.

A machine like that will require alot of org funds to purchase lets say like 2mil. Efficiency in materials would only happen if you craft lets say 100 ak-47's. Crafting 1 or 3 aks wouldnt change anything. This would profit crafting orgs or gangs that will be willing to spend lets say 3mil in crafting firearms. This way they can craft them faster as well as have the bulk at a lower price
