While exploring the map and discovering different locations, I have found several pieces of lore which I'm enjoying reading and trying to find the next piece. I thought Ill put what I've found so far into a thread so you all can see it and hopefully expand on what I've found.
Is it currently June 1982?
It could be later, or the current year. But the calendar in the supervisor's office of the PD is set to June 1982.

Arthur Haines and the storm of 1936
I first found the name Arthur in a creepy little room at the end of the Broadwalk.
It has a StrucTech sign outside of it (A company we will get into), if you go inside and down a corridor into a larger room, a body can be found. On the wall opposite the body is text which is written in presumably blood.
The text says stuff like "He came from the water". "He must have drowned", "The great storm caused it" and most notably "Arthur"
Heading back out onto the Broadwalk, you can find this wall of text, which ill let you read in your own time.

The second paragraph explains the storm of 1936. and how the mayor was being sued for mismanaging city funds.
Heading over to the City Hall Library, you can find this piece of paper on the table

It gives Arthur's full name, Arthur Haines, the date of 1932, and details how the city was given $812,000, which I believe are the funds the mayor mismanaged.
I haven't found much else of Arthur's story yet, if anyone finds info, share it here.
