Is this a new law or a change to a current law: Current Law

What law do you wish to change/add: 12.4

Why should this change/addition be made: I believe that the law needs to be changed because the law basically states that parking in the suburbs houses 1 2 3 illegal even when they're parked outside of the garage.
the law states:

Vehicles may not be parked on public roads, sidewalks, pathways or any other public area not intended for parking unless designated by the parking road markings

while we come to the terminology section public area states:

A Public Area is an area in which any member of the public can gain access without restriction

therefore parking in front of the garages is technically illegal due to it being a "public area"

What is the aim of this change/addition: It will correct the law, so that it is proper.

Additional Information: I spoke with councillor Testa who will bring this up during your next meeting.

the front garden of a suburbs property is a restricted area, there's just no fence or barrier stopping people walking on it
