PC Broke

This morning someone unplugged all the cables in my PC and possibly hit it or broke it. It is continuously making beeping sounds when I power it up. It isn’t displaying anything and none of my peripherals are turning on. I’m a bit of a bot when it comes to computers and I don’t know what caused the issue. Anyone able to possibly tell me what’s wrong and how to fix?

Edit: I think someone stole all my ram.

Yes, those are the RAM slots and there's no RAM sticks in those slots
