PD department

Not really a point in this? I mean you don't really suggest any ways to fix it. I think sweater cops can be bad but its whitelisted officers jobs to help them out.

There has been multiple threads about 'sweater cops' and I don't see why it is still being pointed out. Yes, we know there are new officers that aren't experienced, however instead of continuously addressing them, we should help them, teach them. As Senior Officers+, an other experienced officers, we need to help new officers and keep them in line, I don't understand what is so hard. If they don't listen, call a supervisor or make a report. If needed an AR.

I understand what you are trying to get across with this post however, is this needed? every so often I see a new post about "Sweater cops" well... you can't do much other than suggesting new ideas or waiting for an idea like the Police Whitelist to go into fruition. Point I am trying to make is that we don't need anymore sweater cop threads, just try and train them. Give these officers experience to help them grow and develop instead of someone theoretically calling them a problem.
