Your ban list and your attempts at articulating a sentence reflect your over-all competence to make a solid argument. The logic is very simple so lemme dumb it down for you:
If you can spend time in game and afk for ages while growing, you can easily open up your f1 menu and read the rules. You can still have fun, even if you read the rules. Its not like the staff team is placing titanium cuffs on you so you cant do anything. Sure, it may seem restrictive but you can still make something out of it. Even a dumbass like yours truly can understand this.
Besides, if you have so much 'work' going on and you can't read the rules of the community you have left 53 times so far, how come you can argue on a videogame forum where the rules are available with the flick of your index finger?
Rules were perfectly fine back in 2014/2015.
Older players who come back after rule changes often see themselves caught in the crossfire.
