Ping?

Back in 2015 I used to get roughly 50-60 ms but now i get 90-100, did something change or is it just my internet?

Its mostly just internet i spike up to like 2000 or some shit when something is downloading

They upgraded the servers CPU, location is still the same somewhere in France.

didnt they change IP and server? I remember the old server being in OVH frankfurt. The new gameservers OVH advertised are only sold in Gravelines or straatsburg france so afaik they moved

We are running at 20 ticks per second, that alone adds 50ms + your actual ping (when you ping perpheads.com). This has been the case for quite some time (many years) and I don't think it's actually worse now, we could think about increasing tickrate though.
