Really high ping makes low FPS

Recently ive been getting this thing were my ping goes mad high (300) and then my fps goes to like 3, without my internet being complete aids.

I really need some help with this.

Try this, try disabling your windows extensions in Advanced Video Settings. That was the issue for me and it's drastically changed.

My internet is fine. Like if im on teamspeak or something my ping is fine on that. Just not on gmod (The ping is not noticeable just the FPS_

I've done what you have said. Hopefully this does not happen in the future. If anyone else has anything else to-do it will be much appreciated.

Having high ping does not cause bad fps, thats not how it works. Maybe call your internet provider

Some specs would be useful. I doubt that it would be somekind of bottleneck within your system but it would be possible. Conflicting drivers could also be an issue, update your drivers, remove the WiFi dongle snd remove it's drivers, use an ethernet cable and you're set if you weren't using cable before.
