Suggestion Title: Play a sound when new incidents come in (dispatch)
Suggestion Description: Currently, when a new incident comes in, dispatchers have no UI indication of this. If they're watching a camera, they have to constantly go back and forth between the camera and dispatch UI to make sure no incidents came in while watching.
As a dispatcher, I'd like for the game to play a sound when an incident is created (even if I don't have the dispatch UI open and I'm viewing CCTV), so that I can act quickly and notice new incidents as they come in.
The sound could be "wpn_select" (https://files.hldm.org/hl/sound/common/wpn_select.wav), which comes with the game.
Why should this be added?:
- Will make it harder for incidents to go unnoticed.
- Will allow dispatchers to use cameras without having to constantly context-switch back and forth.
- Solo dispatching will be less stressful.
What negatives could this have?:
- Developer's time and attention.
- If the sound is too loud or too annoying, will lead to burnout.
